$5,000 Sign-On Bonus + $5,000 Retention Bonus After 12 Months

Bring your diesel, mechanical, and electrical expertise to a career that takes you around the world.

Fairbanks Morse Defense is seeking a hands-on Senior Field Service Technician to install, commission, troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul mission-critical equipment supporting U.S. military and government customers.

Equipment You Could Work On

This is not a traditional shop position. You will travel up to 75% domestically and internationally, working at military, marine, industrial, and customer locations alongside Fairbanks Morse Defense technicians, technicians from other companies, shipboard personnel, and military customers.

Assignments may place you in extreme heat or cold, at heights, in tight or confined spaces, and around active industrial and marine equipment. You must be adaptable, safety-focused, comfortable using a laptop or tablet, and ready to lead when the situation demands it.

We welcome qualified candidates from trade schools, the marine industry, military backgrounds, and related diesel, heavy-equipment, electrical, and field-service industries.
