Front Office - Guest Services Representative

Will require days of computer and then behavioral training if hired to adhere to the brand standards.

Expected to assist any and all guests with checking in, managing their stays, and checking out. 

Basic Computer skills preferred, the online training is very simple.

Answering phone calls, stocking the front desk and suite shop, relaying information to housekeeping, and ensuring guest satisfaction are the main day to day tasks.
