Full Time Guest Services Representative - Hilton Garden Inn Evansville

The Hilton Garden Inn Evansville is hiring for a Full Time Guest Service Representative. Candidate must be available to work 1st shift (8a-3p) as needed, including weekends and holidays. 

The purpose of the Guest Service Representative is to greet and serve guests in a professional, hospitable manner.  Register guests, provide prompt and courteous service to the guest throughout their stay, resolve guest problems, close guest accounts upon checkout and offer fond farewell to the guests.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Prior customer service experience and/or training
