As a float teacher, you’ll step into classrooms across our preschool program to provide instructional support wherever needed- helping maintain consistency, structure, and high-quality education for our students.

Job Duties

• Support various preschool special education classrooms as coverage is needed
• Implement IEPS and individualized learning plans
• Create engaging, supportive classroom experience for students
• Collaborate with therapists, aides, assistants, and families
• Monitor student progress and adapt strategies for success

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in special education
• NYS Special Education Certification
• Passion for early childhood education and helping students thrive
