JOB SUMMARY

HealthRIGHT 360, a nonprofit organization and a family of programs, is committed to providing accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations. Our mission is to tackle systemic barriers to healthcare and promote health equity for all. We offer a wide range of services, including mental health care, residential and outpatient substance use treatment, and primary health services. Additionally, we provide transitional support for individuals re-entering the community after involvement in the criminal justice system. By integrating physical and behavioral health, we empower individuals to overcome challenges by addressing social determinants of health, fostering resilience, and facilitating recovery.

The AARS Adult outpatient substance uses treatment program (ASATS) specializes in providing culturally responsive services in several threshold languages like Vietnamese, Spanish, Ilocano, and Mandarin. ASATS provides individual counseling and an array of counseling groups that focuses on specific challenges like co-occurring disorders, criminal-justice impact, and many more.

Hours of operation are Mondays and Fridays from 9:00AM to 6:00pm; Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00AM to 8:00PM.

The On-Call Clinical Therapist III is a BBS Licensed individual who provides mental health services including substance use individual and group therapy based on individualized assessments. The intensity of services is based on the client's stage of change and response to treatment. The Clinical Therapist III may be expected, but not limited to providing services to MediCal or other eligible clients, sign-off on medical necessity for non-licensed staff, provide additional clinical support for trainings, provide support for interns, participate in licensed-specific trainings.
