This role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting, field service, and supporting commercial kitchens when equipment goes down. Prior hot-side experience and on-call readiness are expected. - Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial cooking equipment including fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges, and more
- Managing service calls independently from diagnosis through completion
- Delivering professional, high-quality service to commercial customers
- Communicating clearly with customers, dispatch, managers, and internal teams
- Participating in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations
- Identifying additional service or repair opportunities while onsite
- Maintaining your service vehicle and managing parts inventory
- Completing required documentation and attending training sessions
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
- Demonstrated hands-on experience servicing and troubleshooting commercial cooking equipment in the field
- Strong electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound repair decisions
- Ready to join the on-call rotation shortly after onboarding
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and well-organized
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Must be 18 years of age
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen
- Driving record that meets company safety standards
- Experience across multiple manufacturers and equipment types
- CFESA certification
- Factory training credentials
- Comfort using digital tools, service software, and tablets
