At Midwest Endodontics, we’re committed to providing exceptional endodontic care in a warm, welcoming environment. We’re looking for a dedicated Business Assistant to join our patient-focused team!

If you enjoy helping patients, thrive in a team environment, and have a passion for dental care and customer service, we’d love to meet you!

Your Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM–4:00 PM, Occasional Fridays as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Dental or medical administrative experience

• Knowledge of dental procedures and treatment plan presentation

• Experience explaining treatment options and financial arrangements to patients

• Dental insurance knowledge preferred

• Familiarity with CDT codes preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out.

• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments.

• Answer phones and respond to patient questions.

• Verify dental insurance benefits, including deductibles, annual maximums, copayments, and coverage limitations.

• Present treatment estimates and explain patient financial responsibilities.

• Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims.

• Collect payments, answer billing questions, and assist with financial arrangements.

• Maintain accurate patient records while protecting confidential information.

• Coordinate with clinical team members to support efficient daily operations.

• Assist with appointment reminders and general front office administration.
