Complete resident service requests and troubleshoot maintenance issues
Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other apartment systems
Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
Inspect apartments, common areas, and building systems
Identify and address maintenance and safety concerns
Maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and work areas
Provide professional and courteous service to residents

What We're Looking For

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience repairing and maintaining equipment or property
Experience in one or more areas such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, construction, or general maintenance
Dependable work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional communication and customer service skills
Previous apartment maintenance experience is a plus
Valid driver's license

Schedule This position works a five-day schedule and participates in a rotational on-call schedule for after-hours emergency maintenance needs. Why Gaines Investment Trust?
