Hiring Part-Time Bilingual Leasing Consultant As a Monarch Leasing Consultant you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. For you it’s not just a job, it’s a career and you understand that for our residents it’s not just an apartment, it’s their home. You love interacting with all types of people and have a passion for creating unique experiences. PAY: $16 to $16.50 per hour + Up to $100 commission per rental!
Location: 3620 Breckenridge Ct, Fitchburg, WI 53713 Schedule: 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday At Monarch, it's all about people. $16 to $16.50 per hour
New lease commissions (up to $100 each)
Support and training to be success in this position

What You Will be Doing:

Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events

What You Need to Have:

Strong computer skills
Bilingual
6 months' experience in multifamily or custom service field
Skilled problem solving
Excellent communication skills
An unmatched dedication to customer service
The drive to learn and get better everyday
