The Customer Service Representative responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while coordinating service appointments, supporting Technicians in the field, and maximizing the efficiency and productivity of the service department. This position serves as a key communication link between customers, Technicians, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

- Handle 30-80 inbound calls daily, assisting customers with service questions, scheduling, billing, and account reviews.
- Review customer accounts and provide detailed information regarding lawn care services and treatment plans.
- Pull and process customer applications and service requests from scheduling software.
- Assist customers with lawn care concerns and ensure issues are routed to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
- Gather and qualify information from prospective customers and forward sales leads to the sales team for follow-up.
- Serve as a liaison between customers, technicians, sales representatives, and management to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate account notes, update customer records, and coordinate follow-up actions as needed.
- Support customer satisfaction and retention through professional communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Above average verbal and telephone communication skills are essential.
Must have good computer software skills.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
