Production Associate – No Experience Needed

Description

At Gordon Aluminum, we believe great employees are not defined only by their resumes — they are defined by their character, work ethic, and willingness to grow.

We are always looking for individuals who align with our core values and want to build a meaningful career in manufacturing. Whether you have years of industry experience, transferable skills, or are simply interested in starting a career in manufacturing, we encourage you to apply.

This posting is for individuals who may not see a position that perfectly matches their background but believe they could be a great addition to our team. If you are motivated, dependable, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you.

Our team works across a variety of roles including production, machining, quality, maintenance, and operations support. Many of our employees started without direct industry experience and grew their careers through training and hands-on learning.

What We Look For

We hire based on our core values. Successful team members demonstrate:

Growth

• We accept new challenges and innovate to give employees the tools, training, and advanced technology to meet them. We are always learning and improving to ensure mastery of our craft. We create an environment where employees grow with GA, and GA grows with its customers.

Reliability

• We are committed to our customers’ needs, and we reliably meet or exceed them by bringing our “A-game” every day. We consistently work toward improving the safety of our work environment, the quality of our products, and the efficiency of our processes. We do what we say we will do—for each other and for our customers.

Initiative

• We have the ambition to take on tasks, solve problems, make decisions, and pursue improvements without being directed to do so. We take ownership of our tasks, proactively addressing concerns and offering solutions—not excuses.

Teamwork

• We are one team working toward one ultimate goal: customer satisfaction. We respectfully challenge one another and practice openness, honesty, integrity, and compassion while working together to achieve the goals of the organization.
