Warehouse Associate

Description

Keep the trucks moving. Keep the crews stocked. Keep the warehouse running!

Diamond Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is looking for a reliable, organized, hands-on Warehouse Associate who likes staying busy and takes pride in getting the job done right.

You’ll make sure our field teams have the tools, equipment, and materials they need—when they need them. If you’re someone who likes to stay active, keep things organized, and solve problems, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for jobs
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Keep inventory accurate and organized
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse
• Help with inventory counts and audits
• Work with field teams and other departments to solve shortages or discrepancies
• Assist with deliveries and pickups when needed
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

• Warehouse, logistics, or material-handling experience is a plus—not a must
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Basic computer/inventory system skills are helpful
• Forklift certification—or willingness to get certified
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Able to pass a background check and drug test

Why Diamond?

We believe in excellence, integrity, teamwork, innovation, and finding solutions. We work hard, support our teams, and take pride in doing things the right way.

If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and be an important part of the team, we want to meet you!
