About the Role

We are looking for a creative, performance-minded Digital Designer to join our creative pod and help bring paid media and social campaigns to life. You’ll work across multiple brands to develop engaging, high-performing creative for a variety of digital channels.

You have a strong eye for design, understand the fundamentals of social-first creative, and are interested in how performance data can make your work even stronger. You’re comfortable moving quickly, iterating on ideas, and using emerging tools—including Generative AI—to explore concepts and streamline your workflow.

This is a great opportunity for a designer who has built a strong foundation and is ready to take on more ownership while continuing to grow their skills in performance creative.

What You'll Do

• Digital Creative Execution: Develop static and motion assets across Meta, TikTok, Google Display, and other paid and social channels, bringing campaign concepts and creative direction to life.

• Creative Iteration: Build variations of successful concepts by testing different headlines, CTAs, hooks, layouts, imagery, and visual styles.

• Gen AI Integration: Use Generative AI tools to support concept development, rapid prototyping, image generation, and asset enhancement.

• Performance-Informed Design: Learn from creative performance data and apply insights to future designs and iterations.

• Social-First Creative: Design with platform behavior and best practices in mind, creating work that feels native, engaging, and thumb-stopping.

• Brand Adaptability: Work across multiple brands and visual identities while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.

• Collaboration: Partner closely with the fellow creatives, and marketing team to bring concepts to life and deliver campaigns on time.

• Creative Growth: Stay curious about emerging design trends, social formats, AI tools, and new approaches to digital advertising.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years of professional design experience, preferably within an agency, in-house creative team, or digital/social environment.

• Digital-First Mindset: A strong understanding of digital and social design, with an interest in what makes creative stand out across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.

• Technical Toolkit:
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Working knowledge of motion design tools such as After Effects or Premiere is a plus.

• Experience with Figma for collaborative design and production.

• Gen AI: Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Gemini, or similar platforms. Experience with more advanced AI workflows such as ComfyUI is a plus, but not required.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, paid social, campaign creative, or other relevant work.

• Agility: Comfortable balancing multiple projects, incorporating feedback, and working within a fast-paced creative environment.
• Growth Mindset: Curious, collaborative, and eager to develop a deeper understanding of performance marketing and data-driven creative.
