About American Kids Sports Center

Founded in 1984 as American Academy of Gymnastics, American Kids Sports Center (AKSC) has grown into one of California's most unique and successful kids sports center.  AKSC has established an organization that sees its purpose as helping children to learn strong VALUES with which they will set worthy GOALS and for which we must train them in the SKILLS needed to achieve those goals.  Sport training is the tool we use to achieve that purpose.

About the Role

At AKSC NinjaZone department, we empower kids to build confidence, develop real-world safety skills, and challenge themselves in a student-centered environment. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality training so every instructor feels supported, equipped, and ready for success. We’re proud to offer a diverse, inclusive, and uplifting workplace where everyone can grow and contribute.

Why Choose Ninja Zone?

If you love working with kids and want to be part of an energetic, meaningful, and FUN environment, Ninja Zone is the place for you! NinjaZone stems from four dynamic movement worlds—Gymnastics, Parkour, Martial Arts Tricking, and Warrior—combining them into one powerful program that keeps young minds active, engaged, and inspired. Our curriculum encourages creativity, physical skill development, discipline, and confidence.

Every day brings new opportunities to make a positive impact, celebrate progress, and help students reach their full potential. As a Ninja Zone Instructor, you’ll guide students through our curriculum, ensure safety, and create a positive, motivating environment where athletes can grow. You’ll also communicate regularly with students, families, and staff while embracing feedback and ongoing personal development.
