Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Partnership Sales Manager. We are looking for someone who understands the best paid partnerships are built through deep community relationships and trusted advocates. This is a sales role responsible for generating advertising and partnership revenue while building a community of champions who collectively drive visitor awareness, traffic, and growth for the Estes Park Valley.

In this position, you'll develop advertising and partnership opportunities across VisitEstesPark.com, email marketing, social media, paid media, and tradeshow events. You'll prospect, nurture relationships and close contacts with accommodations, attractions, outdoor recreation companies, and complementary businesses—and with a fundamentally different approach than transactional sales. Rather than viewing partnerships as one-off deals, you'll structure opportunities that create genuine mutual value, turning partners into advocates who believe in our mission and actively promote Visit Estes Park to their networks.

The ideal candidate is a confident, motivated salesperson who thrives on hitting revenue targets, while understanding that sales come from building authentic partnerships and fostering community connection around Estes Park's goals of balancing business success, environmental sustainability, destination stewardship, and community harmony.
