Worship Director (Full-Time)

As a Worship Director, you’ll get to lead and build a worship culture at a Union campus. 

This is a full-time position based out of the Maryland offices and is not eligible for remote work.

General Responsibilities

• You’ll assist in the overall leadership of the campus, ensuring all worship experiences are executed with excellence alongside the Campus Pastor. 
  
• You'll help to recruit, train, and develop new worship department members for the campus.
• You’ll oversee and lead worship on the campus for each worship experience and corresponding campus/Central campus events
• You’ll be accountable for the administrative details campus worship department.
• Assisting the Campus Pastor as needed.  

Additional Expectations 

• Flexible schedule (Workweek is Sunday-Thursday, night and weekend availability will be frequently requested) 
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for at least 30 minutes

Job Must-Have 

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in leading a worship team/band 
• Talented both vocally and in leading from the stage 
• A team player with excellent communication skills 
• Passion to grow the local church 

Job Nice-To-Have 

• Familiarity with Union Church 
• Experience with Planning Center

Union Church offers a generous compensation package. The salary for this position is commensurate with experience.
