Therapeutic Recreation - School Year

Inclusion Aide -

Under the general supervision of the Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, helps create welcoming, inclusive, and fun recreation experiences for participants of all abilities. Provides hands-on support to participants with disabilities, mental health conditions, or other individual needs, helping them feel successful, connected, and confident while working toward their personal goals.

• Provide direct support to participants who have requested inclusion services (1:1 support or group support)
• Provide program support within adaptive or Therapeutic Recreation programs 
• Foster inclusive environments within Recreation programs
• Assist with program related tasks as needed
