We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers to join our assisted living and memory care community. Our community is designed in a group home-style setting, where caregivers work together to support multiple Elders and create a comfortable, familiar environment that feels like home.

What We're Looking For

Because our caregivers care for multiple Elders at once, previous experience in a group-care setting is important.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in assisted living, memory care, or a group home setting
• Experience caring for multiple residents at the same time
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable, dependable, and accountable
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Must be able to attend all required training
• Must be available for our week-long New Hire Training, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a caregiver, you'll play an important role in helping our Elders feel safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout their day.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting multiple Elders with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Supporting medication and daily care routines
• Helping with meals and household responsibilities
• Participating in activities and encouraging engagement
• Getting to know the Elders you care for and learning what makes each person unique
• Communicating with your team to provide consistent, compassionate care throughout the home

Pay: 

Job Types:

• Part-time: 16-24 hours per week

Flexible Scheduling:

• 8-hour shifts available
• Morning: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Evening: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Monday - Sunday | Rotating weekends
