Description

Help Children Grow, Connect, and Thrive

At the Carmen B. Pingree Autism Center of Learning, our Registered Behavior Technicians play an important role in helping children with autism build communication, social, coping, and daily living skills in a supportive and engaging environment. This role is more than implementing therapy goals — it’s about building meaningful relationships, celebrating progress, and helping children gain confidence through play, learning, and positive interactions each day. RBTs work closely with families, BCBAs, and interdisciplinary teams to create consistent, compassionate, and individualized support for every child. At Valley Behavioral Health, we value collaboration, growth, and creating a workplace where both clients and staff feel supported, encouraged, and empowered to succeed.

Pay: dependent on RBT licensure status (see below)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00AM–5:00PM
