HVAC Service Technician-Residential

Description

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning-Residential HVAC Service Technician – $50K–$100K+ | No Commercial | No On-Call Burnout

Let’s be real, good techs are hard to find because they’re usually already working somewhere. So why leave? Because not every company:

• Respects your time
• Supports you in the field
• Pays you what you’re worth
• Or actually delivers on “great culture”

We do. At One Hour, you’re not just another number. You’re the professional homeowners trust—and we make sure you have the tools, training, and support to do your job the right way.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

• Run residential-only service and maintenance calls
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Explain issues clearly and give homeowners honest options
• Deliver a clean, professional customer experience
• Work with a team that actually has your back (dispatch, parts, management)

What Makes This Different

• Strong dispatch & support — less chaos, more efficiency
• Steady, year-round work — no feast or famine
• Real earning potential — not just a number in an ad

What You Bring

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• EPA Certification (required)
• Solid communication — you can talk to homeowners without making it awkward
• Pride in your work and doing things the right way
• Valid driver’s license & clean record

Pay & Benefits

• $50,000–$100,000+ earning potential (hourly + incentives)
• Take-home truck + gas card
• Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
• 401(k) with company match
• PTO + Paid Holidays
• Ongoing training (technical + customer skills)
