What You'll Do

As an Accountant, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to our clients—handling their day-to-day accounting needs with precision, care, and a high level of service. You’ll be responsible for managing the financial backbone of their businesses, allowing them to focus on growth and purpose.

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes for multiple clients
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Maintain general ledgers and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Assist in preparing financial statements and customized client reports
• Assist clients with budgeting, cash flow analysis, and forecasting
• Identify opportunities to improve clients’ financial processes and systems
• Communicate regularly with clients to answer questions and provide insight
• Support CPA partners in tax prep, advisory services, and financial reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in client accounting services, bookkeeping, or public accounting
• Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices
• Detail-oriented with a client-first mindset
• Excellent communicator, able to translate complex financial info clearly
• Ability to juggle multiple clients with grace and professionalism
