Join Our Team as a Full-Time Service BDC Representative!

The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group is searching for positive, driven individuals to join our diverse team as Full-Time Service BDC Representatives. If you're someone who brings positive energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service—we can't wait to hear from you!

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, with one scheduled weekday off 

Compensation Plan: Base hourly rate of $20-$25, plus monthly bonus 

Estimated Annual Compensation Range: $50,000.00-$65,000.00

What You’ll Be Doing: 

•  Welcome clients in person at the desk or on the phone 
•  Schedule service appointment 
•  Schedule valet pick up appointments, working with valet drivers
•  Schedule deliveries
• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, missed appointments declined services and upcoming maintenance 
•  Assist clients with common questions and direct them to appropriate personnel
•  Contact clients with open recalls, campaigns, special order parts 
•  Other duties assigned by management team

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

· Previous experience in automotive BDC preferred, but will train the right candidate

· Clear, professional communication skills—both verbal and written  

· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel  

·  Strong attention to detail  

· Highly organized and dependable  

· Confident phone presence with a friendly, helpful tone
