Bartender/Banquet Server

Normandy Farm Hotel and Conference Center is seeking a dependable, guest-focused Bartender / Banquet Server to join our banquet team. This position offers a blend of serving and bartending shifts for weddings, conferences, and special events. We’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Schedule & Availability: Candidates must be available to work weekends, major holidays, and occasional weekday shifts. Shift times vary based on event schedules. This position includes both banquet serving and bartending shifts, assigned according to business needs.  

Responsibilities include:

• Provide attentive, professional food and beverage service.
• Prepare and serve beverages responsibly during bartending shifts.
• Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown.
• Maintain clean, organized service areas.
• Work closely with the banquet team to ensure events run smoothly.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work weekends, major holidays, and occasional weekday shifts.
• Current RAMP certification is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependability and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous banquet serving or bartending experience preferred.
