Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced urgent care and emergency services environment.
- Support providers and registered nurses with patient assessments, treatments, procedures, and ongoing care needs.
- Administer medications and treatments within the LPN scope of practice and document care accurately in the electronic health record.
- Monitor patient conditions, identify changes, and communicate effectively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care to promote health and healing.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create a seamless, patient-centered experience.
- Help maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for patients, families, and team members.
- Champion quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Maintain current licensure, certifications, and professional competencies while pursuing ongoing learning and development.
