Job Description

In this role, you will be the face and voice of our brand across all social platforms, turning our brand strategy into "scroll-stopping" content. You will lead a team that drives awareness and produces thumb stopping content.

Responsibilities:

• Global Social Strategy & Vision: Architect and execute a multi-platform strategy that elevates brand narrative, accelerates community growth, and directly aligns with corporate business objectives.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing social media team, fostering professional growth and ensuring excellence across all digital activations.
• Executive & Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate directly with executive leadership and cross-functional partners (PR, Product, Brand, Regional Marketing) to champion global campaigns and crisis communications.
• Content Innovation & Curation: Oversee high-quality social content pipelines (including short-form video and thought leadership), ensuring narrative consistency and brand differentiation.
• Analytics, Insights & ROI: Establish measurement frameworks and deliver executive-ready reporting that translates social metrics into strategic insights and business impact.

Qualifications:

• Senior Leadership Expertise: Proven success in leading end-to-end global social media strategies and guiding high-profile brand initiatives.
• Strategic & Executive Presence: Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams.
• Analytical Mind: You aren't afraid of the "Insights" tab. You can translate data into an actionable plan.
• Excellent project management skills; organized and able to multitask and work under short deadlines.
• High energy: a desire to learn and a drive to excel.
• Passionate and motivated team player.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Demo reel/portfolio required, demonstrating social media strategy and cutting edge engagements.

Target Base Salary Range: $110,000-$115,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. 

Basic Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media and 3+ years of management/leading a team
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position. (GC/CITIZEN ONLY)
