Come join our dynamic Vacation Ownership Services team! The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service skills, is well-organized and manages time wisely. The candidate will provide support to Division department’s by assisting with customer service and administrative duties.What You'll Do:
- Receive, process and scan mail documents to appropriate recipients.
- File and store original recordables per retention guidelines.
- Process returned mail according to division procedures.
- Process outgoing mail according to division procedures.
- Receive/Post checks and update files accordingly.
- Perform end-of-day deposits.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Act as liaison between First American and building management to handle maintenance and other building-related requests.
- Assist the Customer Service team by handling incoming call overflow during surge periods.
What You'll Bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- This is an entry-level position, but customer service, office/administrative, call center or industry-related real estate background is helpful.
- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to manage high volume of data and information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Teamwork skills
- Computer proficient including Microsoft Office Programs with basic Excel skill level
