The Fitness Center is seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and certified fitness professionals to join our team as Personal Trainers and/or Group Exercise Instructors. Candidates should be passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals while creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for the Flagler College community.
Responsibilities

Lead safe and effective personal training sessions and/or group fitness classes.
Provide excellent customer service and foster a positive fitness environment.
Ensure participant safety through proper exercise instruction and technique.
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional Fitness Center.
Follow all Campus Recreation policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

Current nationally recognized Personal Training and/or Group Exercise certification is required.
Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain before employment).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, professional, and committed to participant safety.

Flexible scheduling is available, including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend opportunities.
